Welcome to AdSparkle, an affiliate marketing network connecting content creators with brands and products. By signing up and using AdSparkle, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on AdSparkle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AdSparkle, governing your use of our services, website, and platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws in Turkey. By using AdSparkle, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
You are not prohibited from using our platform under any laws or regulations.
You will provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

If we discover that you have provided false information or violated any eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.

3. Account Registration and Management

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Any activity that occurs under your account
Updating your information to ensure its accuracy
You must keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Prohibited Activities

Content creators are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activities, including but not limited to:

✗Click fraud: Using bots, automated systems, or artificial methods to generate clicks or impressions.

✗Fake traffic generation: Purchasing traffic, incentivizing clicks, or engaging in misleading promotional tactics.

✗Misrepresentation: False advertising, misleading statements, or fake endorsements.

✗Spamming: Sending unsolicited messages, bulk emails, or unauthorized promotions.

✗Trademark and copyright violations: Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or copyrighted content.

✗Cookie stuffing: Manipulating tracking mechanisms to generate false conversions.

5. Payment and Compensation

Minimum payout threshold: You must reach the minimum payment amount to request a payout.
Payment schedule: Payments are made on a weekly basis via payment method that the content creator selects.
Payment disputes: If you believe a payment has been wrongly withheld, you must notify us within 30 days.

6. Compliance with Turkish Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Turkish commercial law, consumer protection laws, and data protection regulations. Any activity that violates local or international law is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination and Suspension

AdSparkle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any pending earnings may be forfeited if termination results from a policy violation.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdSparkle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Amendments

AdSparkle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
